| About us | Dayton Recovers is a non-profit organization actively pooling resources to help those who are re-integrating into society during recovery. We know starting over comes with many unknowns and the difficulty of re-building life from the ground up. However, we also know that a second chance in life may be the best chance at making a difference in life and to the surrounding community. Our mission is to utilize resources gained to promote sustainable recovery for individuals in Dayton and surrounding area, while declaring loudly that recovery is happening in our city. This is accomplished by providing community, financial, and spiritual engagement with those seeking and sustaining recovery. Shirt sales, in conjunction with donations, will provide for financial needs in the recovery community, such as paying for driver's license, transportation needs, some housing concerns, medical, and cost of living expenses - while providing mentoring when seeking employment and other empowerment activities. |
