How you help | Volunteers are the heartbeat of our organization. They are involved at every step of the process, from accepting donations to working the registers--they are present and appreciated. We are always looking to meet new volunteers. If you enjoy books and book people--this might be the gig for you. |

About us | We have two retail locations with one mission. We have been serving our community for 60 years with our focus on education and literacy. Our Used Book Store at the Warehouse is the center of Friends' activity and planning. Donated books are sorted and shelved by an army of volunteers who keep our daily operations running smoothly. The Library Friends' Shop is located downtown in the Main Library. It is home to a lovely assortment of greeting cards, gifts, and books. |
