Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park
Ways to help | Envelope StuffingPyramid Hill does multiple mailings each month and is in need of volunteers willing to give a hand! Envelope sealers provided. Need will be determined on number and dates of mailing.PaintersPyramid Hill could use skilled painters to paint interior and exterior walls in a variety of buildings throughout the park. All supplies will be provided by Pyramid Hill.ParkingParking is a very important position at Pyramid Hill. Volunteers who work parking will guide visitors into unmarked parking spots throughout the grounds during special eventsArt Cart CleanersDust and wash our fleet of art carts. Check oil and gas levels. This task needs to be done once a week. Volunteers can sign up for one or multiple weeks as an individual or group.RoamersRoamers should be comfortable working with the public as they will be approaching guests to distribute and gather surveys, selling raffle tickets or distributing promotional materials.Gardens & LandscapingVolunteers who work in the gardens at Pyramid Hill keep the park looking sublime! We need volunteers to help us weed, plant, and prune the many gardens and landscaping throughout the park. Garden volunteers can work during any of our regular park hours.HospitalityKeep food and guest tables clean during the event. They may also be asked to set food tables or deliver bottled water to vendorsPacket MakingWe need volunteers willing to fold and stuff papers into packets. Packet making volunteers are needed daily and may work during any regular park hours.Sculpture CaregiversSculpture Caregivers maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our outdoor collection of monumental sculptures. Dusting, sweeping, spot cleaning and power washing keep our sculptures in ready to show condition. Sculpture Caregivers can work during any of our regular park hours.Data EntryVolunteers who know their way around Microsoft Office are needed to do data entry at Pyramid Hill. Data entry volunteers are needed daily and may work during any regular park hours.Museum DocentThe Museum Docent is informed about the Ancient Sculpture Collection in the Ancient Sculpture Museum, knowledgeable about the history of the park and greets guests when arriving to the Museum. The Docent will provide informational tours and answer any visitor questions.Outdoor Sculpture Docent/Tour GuideThe Outdoor Sculpture Docent is informed about the Outdoor Sculpture Collection at Pyramid Hill. These volunteers will be called in to provide informational tours to groups.Clean upCleaners will pick up trash during and after events and clean the grounds after events. Cleaners may be asked to carry heavy trash bags.Greeters/Event TablesVolunteers who work as greeters or at the event tables should be comfortable working with the public as they will be checking-in guests, selling raffle tickets and more. Greeters may also distribute and collect surveys and answer questions about the parkCleanersVolunteers are needed to clean restrooms, mop floors and clean windows at the Visitor Center. Cleaners may work during any regular park hours. |

About us | Pyramid Hill is a three hundred-plus acre nonprofit sculpture park with a permanent collection of 80+ monumental outdoor sculptures displayed in a landscape of rolling hills, meadows, lakes, and hiking trails. The Park also features an Ancient Sculpture Museum that displays Greek, Roman, Etruscan, Syrian and Egyptian antiquities dating to 1550 BCE.
