About us | The Haven Home was established as the “family overflow shelter” in 2017 to serve homeless women and their children in Cuyahoga County. The Family Overflow Shelter exists to provide temporary emergency shelter until a bed becomes available at a family shelter. The length of time at The Haven Home is dependent upon many factors, including the number of families in shelter, housing availability and placements. The Family Overflow Shelter is a joint effort between Lutheran Metropolitan Ministries, The Haven Home and Frontline Services. |
