The Ohana Project

How you helpThe Ohana Project is where people of compassion join forces to offer youth aging out of foster care a chance at success. We aim to help change the statistics for these foster children. We will help get them on the path they need to become successful.
About usBreaking the chain and changing the odds for youth aging out of foster care. The Ohana Project intends on filling the void between receiving services and navigating the future through caring guidance. Youth aging out of foster care are eligible for housing, education, vocational training, and employment assistance. Most eighteen-year-olds are ill-equipped to navigate and follow through with any plan without reminders, motivation, and most of all guidance. Having financial help with housing is only beneficial if the youth can secure safe and affordable housing.
