Ways to help

Foster a Shiba

We are desperately in need of foster homes. The math is really simple on this one. The more foster homes we have available, the more dogs we can save. You can help make the difference in the life of a dog, all it takes is a little of your time.

How you helpWe are a small, all volunteer, rescue and depend upon the support of our volunteers.
About usTri-State Shiba Inu Rescue Inc. was formed as an Ohio non-profit corporation and was recognized as a tax-exempt 501(c)3 public charity in 2009. We are entirely supported by public donations We don’t receive any governmental funds and no one in the organization receives any monetary compensation. We do, however, receive an abundance of tail wags and wet kisses. Our main focus is to rescue Shiba Inus and Shiba mixes. We don’t have any physical facilities; all our rescues are fostered by volunteers. We try to make sure we meet all the medical needs our rescues may have.
