When the potentially devastating impact of COVID-19 became clear in early March, it became necessary to allocate and prioritize our human, financial and physical resources to provide the most essential services: sheltering adults, families and youth; providing meals to shelter residents; and supporting the health and well-being of persons under guardianship.
