About this event
I, along with Sandusky’s Center for Peace Through Understanding will be, as a group, picking up and disposing of litter and trash starting at the Peace Pole across the street from the 7-11 at the corner of W. Monroe St and Camp St. We will gather at the Peace Pole (park on surrounding streets please, not in 7-11 parking lot) at 1:30 pm on Monday, January 18. Trash pickup will begin at and around the Peace Pole and continue down W. Monroe Street to and including Central Park. Trash bags, gloves, grabbers, etc will be provided. Dress warm and join us.
We also are urging our neighbors and friends to do the same in their neighborhoods. Take and walk and clean up your neighborhood. Please remember to recycle items that can be.
