Our Response to COVID-19
Our organization has always focused on the needs of our small business clients. Our day to day advising meetings revolved around strategic business planning, financials, and marketing. Now, our immediate focus is damage control. We need to help businesses get out of the trenches and survive the impact of COVID-19.
We created an Emergency Call Response due to the ever-changing nature of small business resources available. We have devised a plan to provide same-day phone support to address this problem. Our team created materials to answer simple resource and funding questions when an appointment with a business advisor will not solve their problem quick enough.
