Updated Policies & Procedures
As we begin to reenter into a new normal, we want to assure you that, first and foremost, we remain committed to the safety, health & welfare of our staff, member, volunteers & our community. We are currently restricted in what tools and equipment we are lending and for what projects they are being lent out for during this time and reviewing each order on a case by case basis. As such, we felt it appropriate to communicate our updated policies and procedures for our tool lending program at this time.
- Tools and equipment being lent to critical care service providers working in COVID-19 relief will take priority.
- For all tool orders that are not directly related to COVID-19 relief, we will first confirm the nature of the project as it relates to our state and local guidelines, lending to projects that are completed by ten or less people.
To our partners picking up tools and equipment at the Cincinnati ToolBank: Please note our new tool lending guidelines here. Our guidelines will be reviewed with all member agencies before orders are confirmed with the ToolBank and will be strictly enforced for the safety of our staff, member agencies, and our community.
