Volunteer help organize and/or publicize special events, ask for corporate or private sponsors for special events, and assist with event day set-up, registration, etc.

Counselor’s require 10-15 hours of training, a signed doctrinal statement, and a letter of recommendation from a pastor. Counselors fill out client intake forms, assist with client-administered pregnancy tests, counsel clients using Biblical principals, know about abortion methods/alternatives, lead one-on-one bible studies as needed, and serve on a regular basis.

This position requires limited training. Assistant’s help sort, clean, and hang up infant and maternity clothing & supplies; help organize the Maternity Resource Center; assemble starter kits for new moms/babies; deliver starter kits; and shop yard sales for baby or maternity clothes or equipment.

Will organize daily activities, and will coordinate and support the counselor activity schedule.

Works as the guide/coach for a small group of campers.

Will assist or replace the counselor in some class situations.

Will preach, teach, coach the counselors, counsel campers making spiritual decisions, and keep follow up records.

Will assist the director and be the primary coach and encourager of the counselors.

Works with the camp staff in developing a specific program, recruits a volunteer team of program workers, and directs the specific program.

Will generally promote a global view of ministry through formal and informal teaching.
