Share your project, construction and outdoor maintenance skills! With more than 30 structures, 6 miles of trails and hundreds acres of land to maintain, our maintenance team always needs assistance.

Do you enjoy working with others and seeing the results of your work? The Mail Crew organizes the many bulk mailings Aullwood sends to members and the community. Last year, this group handled more than 40,000 pieces of mail!

These volunteers ensure that visitors’ experiences at Aullwood are positive. Use your enthusiasm for the environment to greet and assist guests, answer the phone, and conduct sales in the Nature Store or Farm. Training provided.

Assist naturalists as you work with children ages 3 to 13 in nature-based classes. Learn along with the children as you participate in outdoor and inside activities. If you enjoy the outdoors, this is a perfect volunteer opportunity for the young-at-heart, ages 14 and older!

Lead groups of 20-30 throughout the site and share information based on a guide provided by our Site Archaeologist. Bring a positive energy to educate and engage student and adult groups. Prepare and cleanup program materials in the village and classroom space.
