Working with our existing volunteer groups who participate for a one month time frame to provide food bundles for our clients to pickup during the week. Hours can vary depending on the month but typically are less than 2 hours per day (Monday – Friday).
Gathering the incoming messages for the food pantry and calling the clients to schedule their food pickups based on the schedule of the volunteers for that month.
The Emergency Food Program is a year-around effort to provide food and personal items to families needing emergency assistance due to layoff, illness, disability, or insufficient family income. Our volunteers assist with various jobs at the store including: accepting donations, sorting/organizing, pricing, running the register, and more.
