Ombudsman Associates, are certified volunteers, who are the regular presence in our facilities. Regular presence means visiting facilities, speaking with residents about their dignity & care, and finally sharing that information with the case handling Ombudsman Specialists.

Share your time in companionship with residents whose family and friends are unable to visit on a regular basis.

Greet those who come into the community and guide visitors to desired area if necessary.

Help staff with bingo calling, cooking demonstrations, games and/or cards. Assist with Holiday and Birthday Celebrations, small group activities and one on one visits with residents.

Helping to organize special events or Supporting special events.

Clerical tasks (filing, Faxing, organizing), Medical records, or Front desk receptionist.
