Community engagers that raise awareness of Alzheimer’s Association programs and link medical professionals to these services. These volunteers serve as a liaison between the Alzheimer’s Association and local medical professionals. Tasks include direct phone calls to physician offices, preparing direct mailings, delivering information to physician office locations.
