Volunteer opportunities include helping in the Teacher Free Store (working check-out, loading cars or re-stocking shelves) and assisting with various projects in the warehouse. Your help is much appreciated and is an integral component to the success of Crayons to Computers!

An annual program in which we encourage participants to knit, crochet, or collect yarn in an effort to provide hats, gloves, and scarves to students in need! Can be done at your location.

Found House is currently providing shelter and hospitality for up to 12 families daily. Groups may volunteer to provide meals, snacks, and grocery gift cards. Meals need to be in individual or family containers for easy distribution to our families. To schedule a meal donation and drop off, please email [email protected]

Stand in an assembly line while packing 21+ food items in a box in preparation for monthly distribution. Volunteers must be attentive to given direction to insure each box contains the same amount of items.

Walk the stacks to assemble a back pack carrier with various items in a grocery bag and/or box packed bags in preparation for weekly distributions. Great walking exercise.

Perform quality checks on donated food and package variety boxes. A knowledgeable staff person will review the process of checking each donated food item for quality while working with the volunteers.

Help distribute free fresh foods and dry goods to local families.

Help with yard work, debris clean-up, demolition, painting, fence construction, and other build site projects.
