How you help | Our process is simple. Clients present May We Help with needs that are unmet in the marketplace. Maybe it’s a modification to their wheelchair. Maybe it’s an aid to help them paint, play a musical instrument, swim or fish. Regardless, our project director then shares those client needs with our volunteers, and volunteers select projects based on interest, skill set and geographic proximity to the client. Fellow volunteers provide help with solutions, and our workshop provides access to all the tools and equipment needed to create a device that’s never existed before! May We Help volunteers are handymen, artists, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, programmers, techies, gear-heads, makers, students, designers, fabricators, drag car enthusiasts, problem solvers, and friends. We’re a multi-disciplined group who bring fresh perspective and new approaches to common and uncommon challenges faced in the world of physical disabilities. |

About us | May We Help provides an unparalleled volunteer experience. Many but not all of our volunteers are engineers, so the process of finding solutions to our clients’ unique challenges is always elevated, and access to our $150,000 workshop is heaven for anyone who likes to work with their hands. |
