Volunteer to help with event and fundraiser planning/working.
As a volunteer, you’ll partake in multiple levels of training and certification before serving in this capacity. Scholarships for these trainings are available. You’ll serve throughout TriHealth at Good Samaritan, Bethesda North, Evendale and Butler hospitals.
Help with laminating, copying, building paperwork packets and preparing supplies for patients.
Serve as liaison between guests and clinical areas, check-in, customer service.
Help with patient transport, stocking, cleaning, filing slides, gathering lab specimins.
Help by welcoming and escorting patients and guests throughout the hospital.
Assist with sign-in during blood drives at our hospitals.
Our Neighbors Empowered Program provides on-site child supervision in our Children’s Playroom once a week for 2.5 hours during a group workshop. Parents of all children enrolled remain on-site during the workshop, while their children are supervised nearby. The Children’s Playroom is staffed by no less than two volunteers at all times. The phone operator answers incoming phone calls, returns general phone messages, and connects callers with community resources as needed. Ability to operate phones and interact with callers are necessary. Computer skills are not needed.
